"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but the texture was just not it. It felt kind of sticky going on, and then it just sat there on my skin forever instead of soaking in. Like, I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing a weird tacky layer on my face all day. Frustrating.

"No response after I paid"
I ordered from kravebeauty.com and had a question about my package, so I reached out to customer service. I sent two emails and waited for days, but nobody ever got back to me. that’s just not right. Once a customer has paid, the least a company can do is respond and let them know what’s going on. I don’t mind waiting for shipping, but being ignored feels really unfair

"Finally, no over-the-top packaging"
My order showed up safely, and the packaging was simple and recyclable. some companies make you deal with a whole pile of unnecessary waste, so I appreciated that this didn’t feel wasteful at all.

"Some of it was good, some was just okay"
I tried the cleanser and the serum. The cleanser was actually nice and felt really "gentle" on my skin, which I liked. The serum, though, didn’t seem to do much for me even after using it for a few weeks. It wasn’t bad or anything, just kind of "average" for the price.

"Nice products, but a little overpriced"
I’ve tried a few things from KraveBeauty and overall they’ve been good. My skin didn’t have any issues with them, and they felt nice to use. That said, for the size you get, the price feels a bit high to me. Shipping was fine and the packaging was simple, though anything too fancy would’ve been unnecessary anyway. I like the products, but I’d probably repurchase more often if they were cheaper or lasted a bit longer.
